Once you have chosen your item or selected your size, add the product to your Shopping Bag by clicking “ADD TO BAG.” To begin the checkout process, click “ORDER” under the Shopping Bag tab. Here you can edit your shopping bag and review your purchase, then click “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT.”

1. Login to your account, create a new account, or checkout as a Guest.

2. Follow the instructions as prompted through the checkout.

3. Complete the Billing information including the correct name, address and phone number of the cardholder.

4. Complete the payment information using a Credit Card.

5. Review your order and accept (after reading them) the General Terms and Conditions of Sales, Terms of Use and Privacy Policy as well as the Return Conditions.

6. Press “SUBMIT”.

7. If the 3D Secure is activated on your card, you will be redirected on your bank’s webpage to authenticate the transaction.

IMPORTANT: You will receive 2 emails. The first one acknowledging the receipt of your order and the second one once the order is validated by Christian Louboutin, confirming the shipment of the products.

The billing and shipping addresses on any given order can only be modified before our team has processed the order. Please note the recent change in Saudi Customs regulations affects all online shopping deliveries, including orders placed on our official Saudi website.

Previously, deliveries from our website arrived in 3–5 business days via DHL. However, due to new customs clearance rules, Saudi Customs now requires all individuals to register on the FASAH platform using their National ID before receiving international shipments.

This registration creates a personal importer code, which is necessary for DHL to complete the clearance and deliver your order.

Here’s what you need to do:

• Ensure your contact information is up to date
• Keep your importer code ready in case DHL requests it

Each and every order is verified, the following information most importantly: the billing address, shipping address and the type of payment used. These additional verifications can increase the shipping delay by two days. Shipping generally takes one to two days, after you have received the email confirming the shipment of the order.

All orders placed on the Christian Louboutin online boutique are sent in their original boxes, along with several carefully packaged accessories (dust bag, heal tips (if applicable), replacement spikes (if applicable)).
